This is the first question; it needs to be resolved because we know that there are other regions where servicemen are paid. The second question is not yet resolved because it has not been negotiated uniformly among all servicemen. I know of one such man. I reached out to the bank, but was told that I had to provide a security deposit or my wife would have to provide a sworn statement. I didn't have time for that and the notice arrived at night.
