Many try to explain the president's behavior with some sort of mental disability, but they're all speculations. Everything that we know about Vladimir Putin shows us an epitome of mediocrity. Find your graduation picture from school and you'll find some classmates that studied alongside you for ten years and you can't remember a thing about them. Not a good student, not a poor student, not a bully, not a nice guy, not an outcast. Nobody.
