We will analyze what people can contract, what elements make up a contract, and the different types of contract that exist in our country. Often, the concept of contract is confused with a document, which is an agreement, always occurring between multiple parties. When there is an agreement between two or more parties, we are talking about a contract. It can either exist or not have a written document where the features of the software are reflected. The contract of employment would be the agreement between the worker and the employer whereby the worker commits to provide certain services under the direction of the employer in exchange for a salary to be able to sign a contract of employment in our country. The following requirements must be met in order to be able to contract: first, the person must be at least 18 years old; for minors who live with their parents, they can also contract as workers if they are over 16 and under 18. The major of 16 and under 18 years old can also contract if they live independently, which is defined as not living with their parents or legal guardians.
