This video explains how to open, save, and close databases in Access. To open a database, first make sure you are in Backstage view and then click Open. If there are any recently opened files, they will appear in the Open dialog box. To save an object in a database, click the Save tab on the Quick Access Toolbar and click the Save As button. To close a database, click the File tab and select Close.
