• 00:00:00 This is the story of a moment of change that occurred in 2011, which changed my life for the better. I'm referring to the sugar tax. I remember this moment very well because it was on December 2011, which was a very important year for me. That's when I realized that my sugar addiction was causing me a lot of problems, both personal and professional. But the most important lesson I learned from that moment is that you can't change someone else's mind. You have to be willing to stand up for yourself, even if it means facing criticism and humiliation. Since that moment, my career and personal life have both been affected. My trajectory as a model, presenter, actor, and producer has been reduced to this one clumsy moment on TV. I'm not comparing myself to Fernando Fernán Gómez or Paco Umbral, but I am glad that I am not blonde, since that would've made the story even more tragic. All in all, this has been a very discouraging experience. But I am not giving up. I will continue writing and speaking about my experiences, in the hope that it will help others make a change for the better.
